Saturday Morning – Intro to Oil Painting

All materials included – 3 sessions, 2 hours each (6 hours of class time)
Hosted in the classroom at the back of Opus Art Supplies, 1357 Ellis St, Kelowna, BC

Saturday Morning, 10am-12pm, May 2, 9 & 16

Join us for this three week course where you will learn the fundamentals of oil painting. During this course you will work on two paintings side by side, which will allow you to play with different colour combinations and paint application techniques. We will work through colour mixing, blending, glazing, and will discuss the value of a creative practice!

While this course will be an awesome addition to the skill set of any artist, we also welcome beginners as we will take you through the basics of working with oil paint, and work together step by step to create two paintings. All skill levels welcome.
