Etching is a traditional method of printmaking where the image is drawn onto a sheet of metal, and the lines are engraved using acid. The paper is soaked prior to printing in order to be extra pliable and receptive to pulling all the ink off the plate. Each time you print you need to ink and wipe clean the plate, then blot the water from your paper and register it on your plate  on the etching press before running it through. There are 10 prints as part of this limited edition.
